About the Role:

Scalable Systems Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Strategy & Operations Lead for one of its clients. This is a remote contract position (C2C/W2) requiring 10+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies and operating models.
  • Lead innovation and transformation consulting initiatives.
  • Conduct discovery workshops and operational assessments.
  • Design and implement operational frameworks.
  • Create executive-level presentations, strategy decks, and narrative documents.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Facilitate strategy workshops, planning sessions, and leadership discussions.
  • Structure ambiguous business problems and develop actionable solutions.
  • Utilize strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Work effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Independently manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting and Business Strategy.
  • Proven experience in Operating Model Design and Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Expertise in Innovation and Transformation Consulting.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Experience conducting discovery workshops and operational assessments.
  • Ability to design and implement operating models and operational frameworks.
  • Strong experience creating executive-level presentations, strategy decks, and narrative documents.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience facilitating strategy workshops, planning sessions, and leadership discussions.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and deliverables independently.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $75 per year (Estimated)
