About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sr ServiceNow Portal Designer to join our team. This role is critical for enhancing and maintaining the ServiceNow portal experience for our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow’s Service Portal capabilities, including widget development, page design, and user experience best practices. This is a remote position with a focus on delivering high-quality portal solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Service Portal pages, widgets, and themes within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective portal designs.
- Ensure the portal is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain custom widgets and UI scripts to extend Service Portal functionality.
- Perform testing and debugging of portal components to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and Service Portal features.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
- Optimize portal performance and ensure scalability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Service Portal Designer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Service Portal architecture, including Angular JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with widget development, page design, and theme customization.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow’s ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $75,000 – $130,000 per year
