Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing REST APIs using Spring/Spring Boot and be an independent contributor capable of providing architectural and design leadership. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD is required, and familiarity with ReactJS is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, package, configure, deploy, operate, and maintain microservices written in Java 21 in a cloud-native environment.
  • Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs within a Java-based ecosystem.
  • Implement and manage microservices architecture and 12-factor applications.
  • Utilize CI/CD, DevOps processes, and a wide range of DevOps tools.
  • Configure DevOps pipelines using Jenkins or Bamboo for multiple environments.
  • Run containerized applications in a cloud environment, preferably AWS, and deploy applications in DC/OS and/or Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Required Skills:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  • Expertise in developing REST APIs using Spring/Spring Boot.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD (1-2 years).
  • Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and 12-factor apps.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming languages like Java.
  • Familiarity with functional programming languages like Scala.
  • Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying RESTful APIs.
  • Experience running containerized applications in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
  • Experience deploying applications in DC/OS and/or Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in configuring DevOps pipelines in Jenkins or Bamboo.

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding and familiarity with developing front-end applications using frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue, Redux, Relay.
  • Experience with Terraform, Python, AWS Codebuild, Codecommit, Codepipeline.
