Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Developer to join a significant digital transformation program for one of our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology and possess a proven track record in developing and managing advanced technology applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its ecosystem.

Technical Skills:

  • Overall 8+ years of experience in AEM.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience specifically on AEM 6.5.
  • Proficiency in AEM 6.5 features including Editable templates, Workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and AEM Forms.
  • Strong experience in Components development and Environment setup.
  • Solid understanding of dispatcher configuration and Sling framework.
  • Proven ability to create custom OSGi components.
  • Experience in developing Touch UI components.
  • Good hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, OSGi, Sling, and JSR development.
  • Experience with overlaying Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) components.
  • Work experience in Marketing, Analytics, LDAP integration, and Personalization.
  • Ability to prepare detailed technical designs for various templates, custom components, and services layer.
  • Experience in developing extensible and scalable Java-based applications on the Adobe Experience Management (AEM) platform.
  • Experience with other CMS tools is considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead AEM developer within a multi-developer team, responsible for implementing a large corporate website.
  • Act as the primary in-house expert on AEM, developing optimal architectural solutions.
  • Effectively communicate AEM considerations to stakeholders when developing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing AEM solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Dallas, TX
