Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the rollout of Nucleus AI, establishing best practices and guidelines.
- Manage Genesis AI onboarding and rollout, ensuring squad adoption and driving a 40% productivity increase.
- Lead the creation of AI agents to enhance productivity across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI strategy and implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for AI-related projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a hands-on Solution Architect or Data Architect with a strong focus on AI.
- Proficiency in AWS, Snowflake, Python, and SQL.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proven experience working within an enterprise team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion.
- Overall experience of 10+ years in the technology field.
