Role Overview
You will be at the forefront of shaping integration landscapes for our clients, using SAP BTP to deliver scalable and future-proof solutions. Acting as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients through their integration journeys—from strategy and architecture to implementation and team leadership. Your work will directly impact how businesses connect their systems, data, and processes in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive modern integration solutions for our clients, primarily based on SAP BTP.
- Design and execute the migration roadmap from SAP and non-SAP integration platforms to SAP BTP Integration Suite, ensuring a “Clean Core” approach.
- Architect end-to-end integration patterns across SAP products like S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc., and non-SAP platforms (Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.).
- Implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for BTP integration flows to ensure 24/7 business continuity.
- Standardize organizational APIs using SAP API Management and Open Connectors.
- Lead the development of complex iFlows, Groovy scripts, and value mappings.
- Architect Trading Partner Management (TPM) scenarios and B2B integrations using the SAP Integration Advisor.
- Design and deploy Event-Driven Architectures (EDA) utilizing SAP Advanced Event Mesh (AEM) and SAP Event Mesh.
- Build relationships with your clients to help Incture become the go-to partner for SAP data integration.
- Plan and conduct workshops for integration architecture and identification of interface needs.
- Establish the Integration Center of Excellence (ICoE), defining naming conventions, security standards, and reusable components.
- Lead a team of offshore/onshore developers through code reviews and architectural gates.
- Travel may be required for this role, depending on business needs and client requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 8+ years in SAP Integration, with at least 4 years specifically in SAP BTP / CPI.
- Migration Expertise: Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle PI/PO to BTP migrations.
- Core Skills: Mastery of SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Open Connectors).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Advanced Event Mesh (AEM).
- Expert knowledge of Groovy Scripting, XSLT, and Java.
- Architecture Patterns: Deep understanding of Synchronous vs. Asynchronous patterns, Pub/Sub, and Request-Reply.
- Networking: Solid grasp of Cloud Connector configuration, Principal Propagation, and OAuth2 authentication.
- Education: Bachelors degree in IT, CS, or equivalent; SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite is highly preferred.

Travel may be required. Work from client location.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
