Job Description: Lead Data Modeler

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Modeler to join our team. This role is crucial for analyzing organizational data needs and designing robust data models that support critical business processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with data modeling tools and a deep understanding of data warehousing and analytics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for databases, data warehouses, and analytics systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data models align with business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain data modeling standards, best practices, and governance policies.
  • Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across various systems.
  • Conduct data profiling, analysis, and troubleshooting to identify trends, anomalies, and inefficiencies.
  • Document data structures comprehensively, including diagrams, definitions, and metadata.

Required Qualifications:

  • More than 10 years of Data Modeling Experience.
  • Proven experience with ERWIN tool.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze organizational data needs and design effective models.
  • Experience in developing data models for databases, data warehouses, and analytics systems.
  • Proficiency in implementing and maintaining data modeling standards and best practices.
  • Skilled in optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity.
  • Experience in data profiling, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong documentation skills for data structures.
