Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester with mandatory Agent Force experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, particularly with Selenium and Java, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience with AI concepts and testing non-deterministic systems is highly desirable.
- Role: Salesforce Tester with Agent Force experience
- Location: Hartford, CT
- Employment Type: Hybrid (3 Days a week)
- Contract Rate: $55/hr on C2C
- Minimum Experience: 7+ years overall
- Mandatory Skills: Agent Force experience, Selenium Testing, Java, JavaScript, API testing, Test Automation, Agile principles, Safe Agile environment, Test Management tools (JIRA).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
- Test APIs and data integrations.
- Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing.
- Validate and test AI Agent accuracy, refine based on results, and ensure test data represents realistic user interactions.
- Generate prompts and leverage Test Center to execute them.
- Collaborate with offshore teams in an onshore/offshore support model.
- Preferred Skills: Healthcare experience, experience with customer support and contact center systems.
- Technical Environment: Selenium, Java, JavaScript, Rational Tool Suite, JIRA.
