Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with extensive experience in the Telecom Domain for an urgent, long-term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Cassandra, Kafka, and ReactJS, with a proven track record in developing robust and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications using Spring Boot, microservices, and related technologies.
  • Design and implement RESTful Web Services.
  • Integrate with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra and caching strategies using Redis.
  • Implement event-based messaging solutions between systems.
  • Contribute to CI/CD practices and leverage Azure Cloud services.
  • Utilize tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes for deployment and management.
  • Analyze and design for performance, including performance tuning.
  • Work with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Dynatrace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in development using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Cassandra & Kafka, ReactJS.
  • 7+ years of experience in the Telecom Domain.
  • Experience in developing RESTFUL Web Services using Java, Spring Boot and Jersey.
  • Experience in integration with NoSQL databases like Cassandra.
  • Experience in caching strategies using Redis.
  • Experience in implementing event based messaging solutions between systems.
  • Experience in CI/CD practices and exposure to Azure Cloud.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in analyzing and designing for performance and performance tuning.
  • Experience in tools like ELK, Dynatrace and Github.

Additional Information:

  • This is a contract position with a duration of 12+ months.
  • Candidates must be local to Bothell, WA.
  • Onsite position.
  • F2F interview required at client location in Dallas, TX or Bothell, WA.
  • Must be a Green Card holder or US Citizen.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
