Job Description:

  • Manage and configure CWB, Core HR, SSHR.
  • Drive requirement gathering workshops, GAP analysis, and functional design documentation.
  • Able to create life events, eligibility profiles, formulas, options, plans, rates, and plan enrollment requirements.
  • Able to award and publish budgets, make allocations, and refreshes.
  • Able to post the comp plans to payroll.
  • Maintain and update HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, and Organization Hierarchies.
  • Support functional testing across Unit, SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel runs.
  • Review HR processes, propose optimizations, and ensure best practices.
  • Coordinate with Technical teams on integrations, conversions, customizations, and reports.
  • Validate payroll calculations, costing, and end-to-end process flows.
  • Support AME rules, workflow approvals, form personalizations (functional view).
  • Conduct HR data validations and support employee data corrections.
  • Perform impact analysis for patches, upgrades, and monthly releases.
  • Create user training documents and provide end-user training.
  • Work with SOA/EDI/Network/IDM teams for functional coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with HR audits, security reviews, and change management processes.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Oracle E Business Suite R12 (12.1.x / 12.2.x): Compensation Workbench, Payroll, Core HR, SSHR, OAF Self Service.
  • Strong understanding of Compensation Plan Designs.
  • Strong knowledge of CWB plan structures.
  • Knowledge about the compensation processes/steps/flows/tasks.
  • Knowledge about configuration of dynamic columns.
  • Deep understanding of comp roles like Worksheet Managers and Administrators.
  • Experience with HRMS configuration workbench.
  • Hands-on experience with HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, Security Groups, Org Hierarchies.
  • Expertise with AME, Approvals, Fast Formulas (functional understanding).
  • Strong exposure to AOL objects (Users, Responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Profile Options).
  • Familiarity with AOL setups: Value Sets, Lookups, UDTs, Concurrent Programs, Request Groups.
  • Knowledge of HR Workflows, Mailer setups, and Notifications.
  • Understanding of integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, XML Publisher, Alerts, WebADIs.
  • Experience in test cycles: Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, Payroll Parallel Runs.
  • Understanding of HR audits, access reviews, and GRC controls.
  • Ability to write BR100, MD050 (Functional), TE040 test scripts, SOPs.
