Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building AI-driven solutions, including Agentic AI workflows and LLM-based applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python development, cloud technologies, and modern SDLC practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML solutions with a focus on Agentic AI workflows
- Work on LLM prompt engineering, including prompt design and optimization
- Build and maintain sandbox environments (e.g., Jupyter) for experimentation
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Ensure secure data handling and apply explainable AI techniques
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python (Java is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML engineering and Agentic AI flows
- Experience with AWS Cloud (Bedrock preferred)
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in prompt engineering for LLMs
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
- Familiarity with Jupyter or similar sandbox environments
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and explainability

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
