Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer with a strong background in developing AI and ML algorithms and technologies. This role is crucial for our ongoing projects involving LLM Inference, Similarity Search and VectorDBs, Guardrails, and LangChain. While experience with PyTorch and HF Transformers is optional, a strong ability to communicate ideas effectively and work independently is critical. Experience with Front End development using React is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI and ML algorithms and technologies.
- Utilize tools and frameworks such as LLM Inference, Similarity Search and VectorDBs, Guardrails, and LangChain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Contribute to code reviews and team knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in AI/ML and Python development.
Required Skills:
- Python (10+ Years)
- Flask (2-5 Years)
- VectorDB (2-5 Years)
- Django (2-5 Years)
- Experience developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies (e.g. LLM Inference, Similarity Search and VectorDBs, Guardrails, LangChain) is required.
- Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas and work independently is critical.
Nice to Have Skills:
- ReactJS (At least 1 year)
- Advanced Java
- Core Java
- PyTorch (At least 1 year)
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript (At least 1 year)
- Experience with PyTorch, HF Transformers is optional.
- Having experience with Front End development using React is a plus but is optional.
Location & Work Arrangement:
- Sunnyvale, CA
- Hybrid: 3 days On-Site and 2 days Remote
- Looking for local candidates to the Bay Area, CA Only.
Duration:
- 6-12 Months

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
