Role: SAP OTC Consultant

This is a contract opportunity for a SAP OTC Consultant located in Addison, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end technology enablement of the OTC domain across SAP and the broader enterprise application landscape (e.g., CRM, WMS, eCommerce, finance systems).
• Act as a strategic IT partner to the business, responsible for shaping requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring platforms work together to enable scalable, standardized, and compliant processes.
• Maintain an enterprise, end-to-end mindset, driving global consistency, leveraging core platforms, and avoiding fragmented or local solutions.
• Accountable for the technology roadmap, platform performance, vendor ecosystem, and continuous innovation within the domain.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to define outcomes and enable them through technology, data, and process.
• Ensure systems integrate seamlessly to support business processes.
• Challenge where needed to align with enterprise standards and long-term strategy.
• Ensure global standards, reuse of enterprise platforms, and reduced duplication.
• Lead process design, requirements gathering, and solutioning.
• Work with engineering and integration teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Support major initiatives such as integration of additional business units.
• Own and evolve the domain roadmap.
• Focus on simplification, automation, and reduction of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Ensure reliable integration across ERP, CRM, WMS, eCommerce, and external systems.
• Partner with architecture and data teams to ensure high-quality, usable data.
• Identify and deliver AI/agentic opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous innovation and challenge existing processes.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and audit requirements.
• Represent the domain in governance and design forums.
• Manage system integrators and technology partners.
• Ensure SLA adherence, performance, and contract alignment.

Required Experience:

• 8-12+ years of experience across OTC domains.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and integrated enterprise platforms (CRM, WMS, eCommerce, etc.).
• Proven experience in end-to-end process and system design across multiple applications.
• Experience in global, multi-entity environments.
• Exposure to data platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions (nice to have).
• Strong vendor and partner management experience.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $65 – $65 per year
