Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Salesforce, specifically Health Cloud, to join our team. This role will focus on leading Salesforce (SFDC) and Patient CRM integrations to support affordability programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migration and experience with Agentforce and Voice AI Connect.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce (SFDC) and Patient CRM integrations to support affordability programs.
- Enable seamless data exchange between systems.
- Support benefits investigation and financial assistance workflows.
- Develop and maintain Apex Scripts for Salesforce customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Core Skills Required
- Extensive experience with Salesforce (SFDC) integration.
- Proficiency in Patient CRM systems.
- Strong command of Apex Scripts for Salesforce development.
Supporting Skills
- Experience with benefits investigation processes.
- Knowledge of financial assistance program design.
- Data migration experience.
- Familiarity with Agentforce and Voice AI Connect.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in South San Francisco, CA, requiring a balance of remote and in-office work.
