Job Description: Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Architect

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Architect to manage all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud implementation and support for key modules. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and a proven track record in financial implementations.

  • Module Expertise: Manage and configure Cloud General Ledger, Cloud Accounts Payable, Cloud Accounts Receivable, Cloud Cash Management, Cloud Fixed Assets, and Project Portfolio Management Cloud.
  • Analysis and Design: Analyze, design, and configure solutions based on best practices and client requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with client teams to understand their needs and design robust solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Develop an understanding of client’s current state processes and recommend future state technical solutions.
  • Implementation Support: Execute day-to-day activities including process design, leading configuration workshops, identifying GAPs, RICEW identification, and supporting testing phases.
  • Requirement Gathering: Participate in requirement gathering, analyze business requirements, and align them with best practices for functional solution implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of internal processes and intellectual property.
  • Business Process Definition: Define new and refine existing business processes.
  • Project Planning: Participate in project planning, provide subject matter expertise, and estimate work efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Familiarity with state/local government accounting, financial, budget, and grant training is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/Oracle EBS.
  • Minimum of 2+ full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience.
  • Proven experience in full life-cycle project development, including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Roll-out.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Structures and module-specific configurations.
  • Ability to perform requirement analysis and deliver functional design documents for the specified modules.
  • Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design functional concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in multiple business processes, ability to architect and design technology solutions, and manage cross-functional teams, projects, and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to lead and design Cloud ERP Project solutions, manage all aspects of Oracle Fusion and financial applications, support, and operations, including planning, designing, implementing, integrating, testing, and supporting/maintaining various functions.
  • Broad business background, good interpersonal communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
