Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst with robust enterprise CMS experience to contribute to a large-scale digital platform initiative in the retail and digital commerce space. This individual will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, marketing teams, and technology teams to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed product requirements. The role requires gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for CMS capabilities and related digital platform features. The analyst will be responsible for creating user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process documentation, as well as conducting current-state and future-state analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities. Support for backlog refinement, feature prioritization, and scope definition in partnership with product and delivery teams is also a key responsibility. This role will also support the implementation, enhancement, or migration of an enterprise CMS within a large digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product and Business Analysis:
- Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, marketing teams, and technology teams to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed product requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for CMS capabilities and related digital platform features.
- Create user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process documentation.
- Conduct current-state and future-state analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support backlog refinement, feature prioritization, and scope definition in partnership with product and delivery teams.
- CMS Platform Support:
- Support the implementation, enhancement, or migration of an enterprise CMS within a large digital ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or closely related role in digital platform environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms and content operations.
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, or digital commerce environments.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and convert them into clear, actionable product artifacts.
- Strong experience writing user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience conducting workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong knowledge of content modeling, taxonomy, templates, and publishing workflows.
- Familiarity with API-driven architectures, REST APIs, integrations, and modern digital ecosystems.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process/documentation tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise CMS implementation or migration programs.
- Experience with headless CMS or modern digital experience platforms.
- Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-channel content environments.
- Knowledge of digital merchandising and marketing content workflows.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Consulting or client-facing delivery experience in complex, cross-functional environments.

Special Requirements
Work Arrangement Remote (EST and CST time zones only), U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required. Interview Process: Round 1: Technical interview, Round 2: Technical and project discussion, Final Round: Client alignment and technical evaluation.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
