Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled AWS Architect to join our remote team. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and managing robust cloud architectures on AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS services, infrastructure as code, and integration with platforms like Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Architecture & Design: Design and architect scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on the AWS cloud. Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and governance policies.
- AWS Infrastructure Management: Implement and manage AWS environments using core services such as VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and Lambda. Design and configure networking architecture including subnets, route tables, NAT gateways, and security groups. Manage multi-account AWS environments following best practices.
- Salesforce Integration: Design and implement integration architectures that seamlessly connect AWS services with Salesforce platforms, enabling data flow and process automation.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and management of AWS resources.
- Collaboration & Guidance: Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and provide architectural guidance.
- Security Best Practices: Implement and enforce security best practices within the AWS environment, including identity and access management, network security, and data protection.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize AWS resource performance and costs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AWS Architect or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience integrating AWS services with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in the cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
