Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in leading enterprise-level testing or quality transformations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical depth and leadership skills, with a hands-on understanding of various programming languages, databases, and business intelligence tools. This role requires a proven ability to engage in architecture, database, and security discussions, and to drive complex projects to successful completion.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of overall experience with strong technical depth and enterprise program leadership.
- Hands-on understanding of Java, Python, .NET, C++, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL, and Power BI.
- Strong background in testing strategy, quality engineering, and automation frameworks.
- Experience engaging in architecture, database, and security discussions.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-level testing or quality transformations.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- JMeter and performance testing expertise.
- Mainframe exposure.
- Financial services background.
- Experience with Selenium, Zephyr, JIRA, and modern test management tools.
Required Software/ Technology
- Java, Python, .NET, C++, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL, and Power BI.
Preferred Software/ Technology
- JMeter and performance testing expertise.
- Mainframe exposure.
Required Education/ Certifications
- Bachelors degree.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
