Job Description: Windows System Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows System Engineer for our client in the Bedford/Boston, Massachusetts area. This is a 5-day onsite position requiring local candidates only. The role involves supporting Windows systems and ensuring their optimal performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Windows system issues.
- Manage and maintain Windows Servers and related services.
- Administer and support O365, Intune, and Autopilot environments.
- Manage VMware virtual environments.
- Utilize Azure services for system management and support.
- Monitor system performance using SolarWinds.
- Perform occasional weekend after-hours support as needed.
Required Certifications:
- MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
Required Skills:
- Strong O365 Intune/Autopilot experience
- Strong VMware expertise
- Expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Strong Azure knowledge
- Intermediate SolarWinds skills
- Strong Windows Servers & Services experience
Work Schedule:
Typically Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional after-hours support.
