Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ab Initio Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ETL processes and data integration solutions using the Ab Initio platform. This role requires close collaboration with data architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Design and develop ETL processes: Create robust data integration solutions using Ab Initio to extract data, transform it according to business rules, and load it into target systems efficiently.
- Analyze requirements: Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to thoroughly understand data requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Optimize performance: Monitor and optimize data workflows and existing production pipelines to ensure efficient processing and timely data delivery.
- Ensure data quality: Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems.
- Troubleshoot and support: Debug production issues, resolve data-related problems, and provide ongoing support for existing applications and data pipelines.
- Collaborate: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data architects, business analysts, and QA teams, to ensure successful project delivery and integration.
- Document solutions: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all Ab Initio solutions, processes, and workflows.
Experience and Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in Ab Initio development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
- Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and transformation techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
