  • Contribute to the development and delivery of security awareness training programs related to access management.
  • Document IAM processes, configurations, and architectural designs to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in security incident response activities, specifically focusing on access compromise and remediation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk).
  • Familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation of IAM tasks.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or vendor-specific IAM certifications.
  • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM).
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
