Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Adobe Consultant specializing in the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for a client in the retail domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background from top-tier global consulting organizations and deep hands-on expertise in AEP architecture, implementation, and enterprise-scale data integrations. This role requires 10-12+ years of experience and involves working onsite in Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support AEP implementations across enterprise environments.
- Design and implement Real-Time CDP, Experience Data Model (XDM), and Data Ingestion pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with business, marketing, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AEP solutions.
- Integrate AEP with other Adobe tools such as Adobe Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Target, and external systems.
- Provide technical leadership, define best practices, and ensure solution governance.
- Work onsite 3 days per week in Atlanta.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10-12+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Expertise in XDM, RT-CDP, Identity Service, Segmentation, and Data Streams.
- Experience working in large enterprise / retail environments is preferred.
- Background from Tier-1 consulting firms (Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, or similar) is highly desired.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Atlanta.
- Must possess a Passport Number.
- Local candidates to Atlanta, GA are preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
