Position Summary: Senior AEM Developer
Sign-In Solutions Inc is looking for an expert Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer for a high-priority project in Phoenix, AZ. This is a ‘Day One Onsite’ position, requiring the candidate to be physically present in the Phoenix office from the start of the engagement. The role is specifically tailored for a developer with a robust background in Global Financial Services, as the project involves building and maintaining complex digital experience platforms for a major international financial entity. In the 2026 digital landscape, AEM remains the gold standard for enterprise content management, and we need a developer who can push the boundaries of the platform.
Core Technical Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of AEM components, templates, and workflows using the latest versions of Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Develop and maintain OSGi bundles, Sightly (HTL), and Sling models to ensure a modular and scalable architecture.
- Integrate AEM with third-party financial APIs, ensuring secure data transmission and high availability for global users.
- Optimize the authoring experience for content editors, implementing custom widgets and sophisticated dialogs.
- Manage complex content migrations and upgrades, ensuring zero downtime for critical financial portals.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate high-fidelity mockups into responsive, accessible, and performant web experiences.
- Implement advanced caching strategies using Dispatcher and CDN integrations to handle global traffic spikes.
- Ensure all code adheres to the highest security standards, particularly regarding data privacy and financial industry regulations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to AEM infrastructure and application code.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $205,000 per year (Estimated)
