Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AEM Lead to drive end-to-end design, development, and governance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The role involves leading architecture decisions, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable, high-performance digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of AEM solutions including SPA components, templates, taxonomy, and custom workflows
  • Own and govern implementations around AEM DAM, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments for scalable content reuse
  • Architect and review Sling Servlets, OSGi services/configurations, schedulers, and JSON exports
  • Design and optimize AEM queries, CRX repository structures, and third-party integrations
  • Ensure best practices across:
    • MSM (Multi-Site Management)
    • Dispatcher configuration and caching strategies
    • Translation workflows
    • SEO and URL management
  • Drive code quality through unit testing (JUnit), code reviews, and static analysis (SonarQube)
  • Optimize repository performance using Oak and Lucene indexing strategies
  • Lead CI/CD implementation using Git, Jenkins, and AEM Cloud Manager
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and conduct design/code reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery of AEM-based solutions

Required Skills (Essential)

  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service)
  • Deep understanding of Sling, OSGi, JCR (CRX), and AEM architecture
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • AEM DAM
    • Content Fragments & Experience Fragments
    • MSM and Dispatcher
  • Experience in SPA development (React/Angular with AEM)
  • Strong knowledge of AEM workflows, templates, and component development
  • Expertise in performance optimization, caching, and SEO best practices
  • Experience with JUnit testing and code quality tools like SonarQube
  • Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Cloud Manager)
  • Solid understanding of Oak indexing and Lucene queries

Special Requirements

Only H1B,H4-EAD,E3,OPT-EAD,USC and TN Visas are applicable (No GC's or GC-EAD's)


Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)

Location: Ewing, NJ
