Job Title: AEP Architect | Adobe RTCDP
We are looking for a seasoned AEP Architect with proven expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP), and data-driven marketing to design, implement, and manage CDPs that drive business growth. This is a 6+ month contract position.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead CDP strategy and implementation, managing 360-degree customer views for analytics and decision-making.
- Drive Adobe RTCDP adoption, integrations, and audience segmentation for marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with CRM & Marketing Automation teams (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to deliver cross-platform solutions.
- Develop data architecture and modeling, integrating CRM, paid media, social, and offline data sources.
- Apply identity resolution technologies, profile merge rules, and identity graphs for accurate customer profiling.
- Build audience-based digital marketing strategies for agencies or brands.
- Execute projects end-to-end, from strategy to delivery, on time and within budget.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP) / CDPs
- Strong data architecture, data modeling, and analytics skills
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation & CRM platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into audience segmentation and CDP strategies
- Strong project management across full lifecycle delivery
- Experience with real-time event data, identity resolution, and profile management

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
