Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AEP Campaign Orchestration Specialist to join a high-impact Wealth Management marketing transformation initiative. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery, translating manual, relationship manager-driven campaign processes into scalable, automated journey orchestrations within Adobe Experience Platform. You will work directly with Wealth Management Relationship Managers (RMs) and Marketing Operations teams to document current-state client engagement workflows, map data requirements, and configure rules-based automated campaigns that drive personalized, compliant client outreach at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AEP Journey Design & Campaign Automation

  • Design, configure, and deploy automated client journeys within Adobe Experience Platform, including profile configuration, audience segmentation, and decisioning logic.
  • Translate existing manual campaign processes and RM-driven client touchpoints into rules-based, trigger-driven automation within AEP.
  • Build and optimize audience segments using AEP’s Real-Time Customer Profile and Segmentation Engine to support targeted Wealth Management campaigns.
  • Configure journey logic, entry/exit conditions, branching rules, and suppression logic aligned with compliance and marketing governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer teams to ensure end-to-end campaign execution integrity across channels (email, SMS, push, direct mail).

Wealth Management Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Wealth Management Relationship Managers and Marketing Operations teams to document current-state client engagement processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to capture client touchpoint logic, campaign triggers, and business rules.
  • Translate complex business requirements into future-state automated campaign designs, presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as the ongoing liaison between marketing business stakeholders and AEP technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment throughout implementation.
  • Produce clear documentation including process flows, campaign logic maps, and business requirement specifications.

Data & Integration Enablement

  • Support data migration and source-to-target mapping activities to ensure campaign-critical data is accurately ingested into AEP from upstream systems including:
    • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)
    • Client and portfolio data platforms
    • Consent management and preference systems
  • Collaborate with data engineering and integration teams to validate data readiness, completeness, and integrity prior to campaign activation.
  • Define and document data mapping specifications, field-level transformation logic, and ingestion requirements for AEP schema configuration.
  • Ensure consent data flows are correctly implemented and enforced across all automated journey touchpoints in compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Perform data quality validation and testing to confirm profile attributes and segment membership are accurate prior to campaign launch.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time Customer Profile, Segmentation, and Journey Optimizer or Adobe Campaign.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and configuring automated customer journeys and campaign orchestration within AEP.
  • Strong understanding of rules-based segmentation, event-triggered journeys, and decisioning logic within the Adobe ecosystem.
  • Experience translating business process requirements into technical campaign configurations – comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology.
  • Hands-on experience with data source mapping and ingestion into AEP (CRM, client, portfolio, and/or consent data).
  • Strong documentation skills – able to produce process flows, business requirements, data mapping specs, and campaign logic documents.
  • Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and communicate technical solutions to non-technical business audiences.
  • Experience working independently in remote, distributed team environments.

PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Domain experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services client engagement.
  • Familiarity with Relationship Manager workflows, client lifecycle management, and advisor-driven marketing programs.
  • Experience with CRM platforms commonly used in Wealth Management (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Dynamics 365).
  • Knowledge of consent management frameworks and privacy-compliant campaign execution (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).
  • Adobe Experience Platform certifications (e.g., AEP Technical Practitioner, Adobe Campaign Architect).
  • Prior consulting or client-delivery experience (Big 4, boutique, or MarTech consulting).
  • Familiarity with CDP (Customer Data Platform) concepts and enterprise MarTech ecosystems.

Visa constraints: Need local to NY/NJ or GA candidates. Interview modes: 2 Virtual, final onsite in NYC or Atlanta. Domain restrictions: Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services.
