About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Architect and Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that operate autonomously and intelligently. You will be at the forefront of AI development, working with complex systems and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect agent-based AI systems that can perform complex tasks with minimal human intervention.
- Develop and implement AI models and algorithms, focusing on agentic behavior, learning, and decision-making.
- Integrate various AI components and services to create robust and scalable AI solutions.
- Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and agentic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality AI products.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI systems and processes.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible development and deployment of AI technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI systems, optimizing performance and efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI development methodologies and tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an AI Architect, AI Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence principles, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Expertise in developing agent-based systems and autonomous agents.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
