Position Summary
Sight Spectrum is looking for a Lead Solution Architect who is a veteran in Agentic AI Solutions and ML/AI DevOps. This high-visibility role involves direct coordination with the CTO and leadership teams to design and present cutting-edge AI architectures. Located in Mount Laurel, NJ, this position requires a mandatory face-to-face (F2F) interview and onsite presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic design capabilities and hands-on development expertise in the Generative AI space. As we move into 2026, the shift from passive AI to Agentic AI is transforming how enterprises operate. This role is at the forefront of that transformation, building systems that don’t just answer questions but take actions. You will be responsible for ensuring these agents are secure, reliable, and integrated into the core business logic of the organization.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Agentic AI solutions that leverage autonomous agents to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the architecture for ML/AI DevOps pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring of large language models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with the CTO to align AI initiatives with the broader corporate strategy and present technical roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Develop orchestration layers that bridge the gap between sophisticated back-end AI services and user-facing interfaces.
- Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and endpoints to enhance the interoperability of AI agents.
- Oversee the entire orchestration layer work, ensuring high performance and scalability of GenAI platforms like Gemini and OpenAI.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks to ensure the client remains at the cutting edge of the industry.
- Manage the lifecycle of AI agents, from initial prompt engineering and fine-tuning to deployment and continuous improvement based on user feedback loops.
Technical Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Generative AI platforms, specifically Google Gemini and OpenAI.
- Strong knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration, including server and endpoint management.
- Deep expertise in back-end development and system architecture.
- Proficiency in AI orchestration frameworks and UI integration.
- Proven track record in ML/AI DevOps, including CI/CD for machine learning models.
- Ability to lead design sessions and produce high-quality architectural documentation.
Interview Process and Requirements
- Candidates must be available for a Face-to-Face (F2F) interview in Mount Laurel, NJ.
- This is an onsite role; remote work is not available for this specific engagement.
- Strong presentation skills are required to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical executives.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $245,000 per year (Estimated)
