Job Description: Agentic AI Developer
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, particularly in the area of agentic systems and multi-agent architectures. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions that leverage agentic principles to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AI systems using agentic frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Design and build multi-agent systems capable of complex interactions and decision-making.
- Integrate and utilize OpenAI and Azure services, including Azure AI Search, to enhance AI capabilities.
- Develop and optimize AI models for prompt engineering, ensuring efficient and effective output.
- Work with data storage solutions like Snowflake and Cosmos DB.
- Evaluate and refine LLM outputs to minimize hallucinations and improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and agentic systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with agentic AI concepts and frameworks (Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework).
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing multi-agent systems.
- Proficiency with OpenAI APIs and Azure AI services (e.g., Azure AI Search).
- Experience in prompt engineering and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake and Cosmos DB.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation methods and techniques for reducing hallucinations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Information:
This is a contract position located in Bellevue, WA, requiring 5 days a week onsite work (WFO). H1B candidates are welcome. We are looking for candidates who can quickly ramp up and contribute to our innovative AI projects.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
