Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Agentic AI Developers with experience in building AI-driven autonomous agents using Microsoft ADK and Microsoft Foundry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and deploying intelligent agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks within enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Build and deploy autonomous AI agents using Microsoft Foundry.
- Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, decision making, task orchestration, and automation.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and data systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation.
- Optimize agent performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement monitoring, debugging, and improvement of agent behavior and outputs.
- Ensure secure and responsible use of AI systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Agentic AI development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft ADK (Agent Development Kit).
- Experience working with Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong programming experience in Python, C#, or similar languages.
- Experience integrating APIs, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Azure AI ecosystem.
- Experience building multi-agent workflows or AI automation systems.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
