Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agentic Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves building serverless agentic product architectures and features on AWS, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Bedrock AgentCore Memory, Gateway, Identity, Interpreter, Observability, and Runtime. You will be instrumental in implementing and operating A2A/MCP servers on AWS, integrating with Bedrock Agents/Converse APIs, and orchestrating multi-agent plans with Strands Agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical depth, a passion for building innovative solutions, and experience working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build serverless agentic product architectures and features on AWS using Bedrock AgentCore Memory, Gateway, Identity, Interpreter, Observability, and Runtime.
- Implement and operate A2A/MCP servers on AWS; integrate with Bedrock Agents/Converse APIs.
- Orchestrate multi-agent plans with Strands Agents; deploy to EKS or Lambda.
- Instrument agents with CloudWatch metrics, spans, and traces; enable audits.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Follow the roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable impact.
- Leverage experience in Strands Agents to enhance agent capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent collaboration skills in research-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience with Bedrock AgentCore Memory, Gateway, and Runtime.
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with Natural Language to SQL (NL2SQL) automation using LLMs. Developed Text to SQL pipelines using AI/ML models.
- Proficiency in vector databases and embedding models for retrieval tasks.
- Experience with Data Connectors and API gateways that support seamless communication between systems.
- Deep understanding of generative AI concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and training LLMs with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders. Passion for enabling data-driven transformation.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain Agents, or CrewAI.
- Deep subject matter expertise in AI technologies, including but not limited to Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Semantic Kernels, Azure AI Foundry, Google Gemini, Microsoft 365, M365 Copilot, Anthropic, or AWS platforms.
