Position Summary
Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking a visionary Agentic AI Platform Manager to lead our strategic initiatives in New York City. This is a high-impact, technical leadership role focused on the design, deployment, and management of enterprise-grade AI agent systems. As the landscape of artificial intelligence shifts toward autonomous agents, you will be responsible for building the infrastructure that allows these systems to operate securely and at scale. Utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies, specifically Vertex AI, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and operational excellence in a regulated environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for agentic systems, establishing architecture patterns using Vertex AI, Gemini models, Agent Builder, and BigQuery.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of intelligent agents, with a heavy focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and multi-agent orchestration.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, including guardrails for autonomous decision-making and “human-in-the-loop” fallback mechanisms to ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), ensuring scalable deployments via Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Cloud Functions.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure AI systems meet stringent regulatory standards, particularly for finance and utility sectors.
- Oversee the integration of AI agents with enterprise data sources such as CRM and ERP systems using secure APIs and connectors.
- Translate complex business objectives into actionable technical requirements, managing stakeholders across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI, or multi-agent systems.
- Deep technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform services, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, GKE, and Cloud Functions.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, microservices, and API design.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex, enterprise-scale AI projects.
- Strong understanding of AI security, auditability, and traceability in high-stakes environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $190,000 – $275,000 per year (Estimated)
