Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to lead enterprise Agile transformation initiatives. This role will focus on driving Agile transformation for Medicaid/CHIP systems portfolio.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years as Agile Coach in large enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Scrum & Kanban.
- Experience driving SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) transformations.
- Proven leadership, training & stakeholder management skills.
- Background as Scrum Master and knowledge of SDLC.
Role Highlights:
- Train and mentor teams on Agile & SAFe practices.
- Lead Agile transformation for Medicaid/CHIP systems portfolio.
- Develop training programs and implementation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement across teams.
