Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach Specialist to lead and implement Agile transformation initiatives across Medicaid/CHIP IT teams for the State of Texas. The ideal candidate will train, mentor, and guide teams on Agile principles and the SAFe framework, driving continuous improvement and ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Agile transformation initiatives across Medicaid/CHIP IT teams.
- Train, mentor, and guide teams on Agile principles and SAFe framework.
- Develop and deliver Agile training programs and curriculum.
- Support teams in adopting Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure Agile best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure successful Agile adoption.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Medicaid experience is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
- Experience as Scrum Master and Agile Coach in enterprise environments.
- Total Experience: 14+ Years.
- Minimum 12+ years as Agile coach experience.
Certifications (Mandatory)
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) or equivalent.
Preferred Certifications
- Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
- SAFe Agilist / Leading SAFe
- SAFe Program Consultant / Practitioner
- SAFe Release Train Engineer
- Scrum Master / DevOps / Product Owner certifications
Special Requirements
Visa constraints: Candidates must be LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA (within 50 miles radius) ONLY. Candidates must already reside in Texas. Out of State candidates are NOT permitted. Screening steps: Active Texas DL & LinkedIn Id Must for submission. Interview modes: In-person interview.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $75 – $95 per year (Estimated)
