Position: Agiloft Developer

This is a long-term contract role for an Agiloft Developer based in the USA, 100% remote.

Job Description:

  • Demonstrate intelligence, creativity, familiarity with web-based technologies, and the ability to rapidly learn complex and wide-ranging programs.
  • Provide hands-on experience in Agiloft support and development, covering Business As Usual (BAU) operations support, platform configuration, integrations, and enhancement support.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all customers, partners, and internal stakeholders during all interactions.
  • Adhere to all ticket Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and notation departmental guidelines.
  • Become knowledgeable about Agiloft and products with which it integrates, such as Active Directory, LDAP, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Handle customer calls and manage the creation and submission of support tickets to track and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Assist in generating software licenses and oversee the installation of licenses to ensure customers have the appropriate access to their software.
  • Perform routine server installations and refreshes following documentation to ensure maximum availability and uptime.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including support tickets and resolutions.
  • Validate and escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with Agiloft platform support and development.
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies.
  • Experience with integrations to systems like Active Directory, LDAP, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage support tickets and adhere to SLAs.

Special Requirements

100% Remote, C2C Contract

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (Estimated)
