Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Architect with a strong background in Full Stack and Generative AI to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern software development practices, AI/ML concepts, and a proven track record of building scalable and robust AI-powered applications.
Core Skill Requirements:
- Java Development: 6-8 years of strong experience in Java development, including proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot.
- Python Development: 4-5 years of experience with Python, focused on backend or data-driven development.
- Reactive Programming: Deep understanding of Reactive Programming concepts (e.g., Web Flux).
- Event-Driven Architectures: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for building event-driven systems.
- Stream Processing: Experience with Apache Flink for stream processing and data pipelines.
- Caching: Proficiency in Redis for caching and performance optimization.
- Database Expertise: Strong experience with both MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS).
- API Development: Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- GraphQL: Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus but not mandatory.
AI / Conversational Platform Exposure:
- Conversational AI: Good understanding of Google Dialog-flow CX or similar conversational AI frameworks.
- LLM & Agents: Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic architectures, and prompt engineering concepts.
- Agentic Frameworks: Familiarity with ADK (Agent Development Kit), Playbook, or similar agentic frameworks.
- Machine Learning Fundamentals: Conceptual understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model telemetry.
Additional Skills:
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Microservices & Cloud: Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments (OCP, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams.
