Position Summary
Exaways Corporation is urgently hiring a visionary AI Architect to join our team onsite in Santa Clara, CA, supporting our client Winwire Technology. As an AI Architect in 2026, you will be at the epicenter of the artificial intelligence revolution, designing and deploying sophisticated models that solve complex business challenges. This role requires a deep technical foundation in machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs), combined with the strategic mindset necessary to integrate these technologies into enterprise-scale production environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML and Deep Learning models tailored to specific business requirements.
- Lead the integration of AI models into existing applications via robust APIs and automated data pipelines.
- Collaborate extensively with data engineers, LLM Ops, and software development teams to create end-to-end AI solutions.
- Evaluate model performance using advanced metrics, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high availability in production.
- Research and implement emerging AI/ML technologies, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning strategies, and prompt engineering.
- Champion AI ethics and responsible AI deployment, focusing on bias detection, fairness, and transparency.
- Mentor junior AI engineers, conducting code and model reviews to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in model performance and deployment workflows proactively.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and model behaviors to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through concise reporting and presentations.
Technical Requirements
- 6-10 years of professional experience in AI/ML/Deep Learning model development.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience specifically with LLMs, NLP, or speech/voice AI systems.
- 3-5 years of experience deploying AI solutions in high-volume production environments.
- 5+ years of proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- 5 years of experience with Cloud AI platforms including AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI.
- Strong mathematical and statistical foundation, with the ability to apply structured thinking to optimize AI workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced coursework or professional certifications in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing are highly desirable.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $210,000 – $295,000 per year
