Job Description: AI Business Analyst

We are looking for an AI Business Analyst to help evaluate critical service operations and determine which tasks should be handled by AI versus humans. This role requires strong documentation and requirements gathering skills, along with hands-on experience supporting or building AI agents. Familiarity with Claude (Anthropic’s LLM) is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Define AI agent specifications and organize skill libraries.
  • Partner closely with teams to develop and test AI-driven workflows.
  • Evaluate critical service operations to identify tasks suitable for AI automation.
  • Document processes and requirements for AI implementation.
  • Support or build AI agents, ensuring effective integration into business processes.
  • Distinguish between processes suitable for AI automation and those requiring human oversight.
  • Utilize AI tools effectively to develop business solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve AI agent performance.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on documentation and analytical processes.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying AI agents in business settings.
  • Proficiency in Claude AI software.
  • Strong ability to distinguish between processes suitable for AI automation and those requiring human oversight.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Business Intelligence platforms.
  • Background knowledge in Political Science, Criminal Justice, or related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
