Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Coach to join our team. This is a long-term contract position requiring 5 days a week onsite presence. The role involves designing and building autonomous AI agents using Large Language Models (LLMs), developing AI-powered developer tools, and creating agents for coding, testing, and DevSecOps automation. You will integrate tools like Copilot, Claude, and Codex into developer workflows and coach engineering teams on their effective usage. A key part of this role is developing AI-enabled SDLC playbooks, defining best practices, workflows, and guardrails, and training teams on AI-assisted development. This is a hands-on agent building role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build autonomous AI agents using LLMs.
- Build AI-powered developer tools.
- Develop agents for coding, testing, and DevSecOps automation.
- Integrate Copilot / Claude / Codex into developer workflows.
- Coach engineering teams on effective AI tool usage (Copilot, Claude, Codex).
- Develop AI enabled SDLC playbooks – Defining best practices, workflows, and guardrails.
- Train teams on AI assisted development.
- Hands-on agent building.
Requirements:
- Must have 12+ years of experience.
- Experience with AI Coach concepts and implementation.
- Proficiency in designing and building autonomous AI agents using LLMs.
- Experience with AI-powered developer tools.
- Familiarity with agents for coding, testing, and DevSecOps automation.
- Experience integrating tools like Copilot, Claude, and Codex.
- Proven ability to coach engineering teams on AI tool usage.
- Experience in developing AI enabled SDLC playbooks.
- Experience training teams on AI assisted development.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Minneapolis, MN.
