Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design and develop AI-enabled full-stack applications supporting HR, Time Management, and Payroll workflows within a global enterprise environment. This role involves building scalable backend services, APIs, and integration pipelines to manage workforce time data and deliver payroll-ready outputs. You will integrate Generative AI capabilities, such as HR copilots and payroll query automation, and develop AI-assisted workflows for HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-enabled full-stack applications for HR, Time Management, and Payroll workflows.
  • Build scalable backend services, APIs, and integration pipelines for workforce time data.
  • Implement integrations between Time Management systems, HR platforms, and Payroll providers.
  • Translate HR operational workflows into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with domain leads and SMEs.
  • Integrate Generative AI capabilities (e.g., HR copilots, employee support assistants) using LLM platforms and APIs.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows and intelligent automation for HR processes like time validation and self-service.
  • Build modern frontend interfaces and dashboards for HR and payroll teams.
  • Interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate in Agile environments to refine product features and translate requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Participate in end-to-end integration testing across HRIS, Time Management systems, and Payroll providers (e.g., SuccessFactors, WFS, ADP).
  • Support data migration and system implementation activities, including data extraction, mapping, and validation.
  • Develop solutions for data seeding, system configuration, and initial system setup.
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive HR and payroll data, adhering to enterprise security and privacy standards.
  • Provide clear technical documentation, integration specifications, and implementation guidance.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and integration issues through regular status updates.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Time Management, Workforce Software (WFS), ADP, SAP Payroll, EY Payroll, or similar enterprise HR/Payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with global HR and payroll implementations.
  • Exposure to Generative AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs).
  • Experience building AI assistants or chatbots for enterprise workflows.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector search.
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and building cloud-native applications.
  • Experience with data migration strategies and transformation pipelines for HR systems.
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
  • Understanding of enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements for HR and payroll data.

Special Requirements

Onsite only, WA local candidates preferred.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)

Location: Seattle, WA
