Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to develop and implement AI solutions using modern frameworks and tools. This role involves designing and optimizing Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, creating and refining AI skills and capabilities for enterprise use cases, and conducting prompt engineering experiments. You will collaborate with senior engineers on AI model deployment and monitoring, and contribute to AI project documentation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI solutions using modern frameworks and tools.
- Design and optimize Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for various applications.
- Create and refine AI skills and capabilities for enterprise use cases.
- Conduct prompt engineering experiments to improve model performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Contribute to AI project documentation and best practices.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Support GitHub Enterprise Managed Users (EMU) migration initiatives.
- Automate deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
- Troubleshoot Linux-based systems and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning and execution.
- Stay current with industry trends in AI, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
- Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to team members.
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – certification preferred but not required.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) through coursework or projects.
Education:
- At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $65 – $85 per year (Estimated)
