Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Agentic AI to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing advanced AI solutions, focusing on multi-agent systems and leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Semantic Kernel and Microsoft Agent Framework. You will play a key part in building and optimizing AI models, working with cloud services, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of AI outputs.
Job Description Details
- Agentic AI & Frameworks: Experience with agentic AI and frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Multi-Agent Systems: Experience building multi-agent systems.
- Cloud Services & AI: Experience with OpenAI and Azure services such as AI Search.
- MCP Development: Experience building MCP servers and tools.
- Prompt Engineering: Experience in Prompt Engineering and optimization.
- Data Management: Experience with Snowflake and/or Cosmos DB.
- LLM Evaluation: Experience with evaluating LLM outputs and reducing hallucinations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with agentic AI and relevant frameworks (Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework).
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage multi-agent systems.
- Proficiency with OpenAI and Azure AI services, including AI Search.
- Experience in developing MCP servers and associated tools.
- Strong skills in prompt engineering and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake and/or Cosmos DB.
- Experience in evaluating and improving the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs).
Additional Information
This is a contract position located in Bellevue, WA. The role requires candidates who are not eligible for OPT or CPT sponsorship and are looking for GC or direct hire opportunities.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120 – $170 per year (Estimated)
