- Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML cloud solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and performance in multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
- Develop comprehensive system architecture diagrams and establish organizational best practices for Machine Learning systems.
- Define data architecture and model serving strategies, ensuring low-latency and high-availability for production-grade AI applications.
- Provide technical leadership by guiding engineering teams in building Python-based APIs and sophisticated AI/ML models.
- Design and implement automated ML pipelines (MLOps) to streamline the transition from experimentation to production.
- Establish rigorous model deployment and monitoring frameworks to track performance, drift, and reliability in real-time.
- Review technical designs and approve implementation approaches, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- Drive critical architectural decision-making and set the technical direction for the data science and engineering departments.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and operationalizing enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Conversational AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, and Llama Index.
- Proficiency with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Elasticsearch, or Milvus for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Deep Learning techniques, including CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, and Time Series Forecasting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and open-source frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and NumPy.
- Proven experience with MLOps/LLMOps, managing ML pipelines both on-premises and in cloud environments (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor Data Engineers and ML Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
