Job Title: AI/ML Engineers – Gen AI
We are seeking experienced AI/ML Engineers with a strong focus on Generative AI to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy production-ready software and APIs, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
- Implement and deliver Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, and agentic systems in real-world environments.
- Integrate AI services with existing analytics platforms and enterprise data sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience building production software and APIs.
- 1+ years of experience delivering LLM, RAG, or agentic workflows in production environments.
- Experience integrating AI services with analytics or enterprise data sources.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python (preferred) or TypeScript.
- Experience with API development frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RAG fundamentals, including embeddings, chunking, retrieval, reranking, prompt patterns, and grounding.
- Experience with agent workflows, including tool calling, orchestration, state management, and evaluation.
- Familiarity with vector databases or search technologies like Azure AI Search, Pinecone, or pgvector.
- Basic knowledge of MLOps principles and security best practices (secrets management, logging, access control, PHI awareness).
