Job Requirements:
- 3+ years building production software and APIs.
- 1+ years delivering LLM, RAG, or agentic workflows in real environments (internal or external users).
- Experience integrating AI services with analytics or enterprise data sources.
Skills
- Strong Python (preferred) or TypeScript, plus API development (FastAPI, Flask, Node).
- RAG fundamentals: embeddings, chunking, retrieval, reranking, prompt patterns, grounding.
- Agent workflows: tool calling, orchestration, state management, evaluation and testing.
- Familiarity with vector databases or search (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, pgvector).
- Basic MLOps and security hygiene (secrets, logging, access control, PHI awareness).
