Job Title: AI/ML Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead to drive the development and integration of AI/ML models and automated testing frameworks. This role involves working across both modern and legacy technology stacks, ensuring high-quality product delivery and adherence to rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading complex technical projects, with a proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML models, from design and analysis to review and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, analysis, review, and testing of AI/ML models to ensure adherence to quality standards and deliver high-quality products.
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of AI/ML models for various use cases, ensuring smooth transitions to modern technologies while maintaining legacy infrastructure performance.
- Perform model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning, considering the constraints and opportunities presented by legacy architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a subject matter expert to provide benchmarked solutions for complex technical projects involving multiple interlocking technologies.
- Quickly acquire domain knowledge and build subject matter expertise to advise and guide technical leads and peers.
- Establish and drive the execution of technical direction, standards, guidelines, and methodologies, advocating for best practices.
- Enhance existing test automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention across both environments.
- Develop and improve strategic and enterprise-wide technical direction.
- Create or revise operating procedures related to specific technologies or IS processes.
- Lead assigned team projects and mentor junior resources as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience leading concurrent technical projects in both legacy platforms and groundbreaking technologies.
- 5+ years of lead experience in Cloud, Java applications with automation in testing.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML.
- 3+ years of application development experience with legacy technology.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,200 – $156,000 per year
