Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven AI Project Manager to lead and govern AI-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter (go-getter) with strong SDLC knowledge, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for AI initiatives.
- Plan, track, and govern project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive execution through strong ownership, proactive follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with business, data, engineering, and platform teams.
- Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and governance standards.
- Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and risk mitigation plans.
Must Have Skills:
- AI / Machine Learning project delivery experience.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and/or SAFe.
- Experience managing data science, AI, or analytics teams.
- Knowledge of AI use cases, model lifecycle, and data pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project (or similar).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience managing projects across SDLC.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, execution-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience governing AI / ML projects (use cases, data dependencies, model lifecycle) is a plus.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
