Deep expertise in RAG architectures, LLMs, and a broad sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, M365, Power Platform, DevOps) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

  • Own end-to-end AI solution architecture discovery, use case selection, PoC, pilot, production hardening, and scale-out.
  • Define reference architectures for RAG (retriever, vector index, chunking, embeddings, ranking, orchestration), LLM apps, agents, and multimodel pipelines on Azure.
  • Provide technical direction across engineering teams, applications, data, ML platform, and security, ensuring solution integrity and adherence to Microsoft best practices.
  • Lead design reviews, threat modeling, and governance (AIOps/MLOps) for reliability, performance, security, and cost.

Azure AI Solutioning & Delivery
