  • Lead the implementation of production-ready solutions utilizing modern CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and robust observability frameworks.
  • Manage the full deployment lifecycle across development, testing, staging, and production environments, ensuring high availability and performance (SLOs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at AT&T to analyze specific use cases and identify optimal AI-driven solutions that align with the existing technological landscape.
  • Document solution designs meticulously and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical feasibility and business impact.
  • Mentor junior engineering teams and provide architectural oversight to ensure best practices are followed and anti-patterns are avoided.

Technical Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/LLM systems.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP, with a strong preference for Azure OpenAI services.
  • Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and various vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
  • Deep understanding of data engineering, security protocols, and governance in regulated environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform for IaC and runtime observability tools for metrics, logs, and tracing.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is considered a significant advantage.
