Role Overview: AI Solution Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Solution Architect to join our team in Plano, TX. This on-site position is critical for designing and delivering next-generation agentic AI solutions. You will be responsible for leveraging both structured and unstructured data to build production-ready systems that utilize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and autonomous Action Agents. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and governed architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Define and implement reference architectures for Large Language Models (LLM), RAG frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration workflows.
- Solution Engineering: Develop robust architectures for handling diverse data types; create Action Agents designed for high-level task automation and operational efficiency.
- Data Integration & Security: Securely integrate heterogeneous data sources while ensuring strict compliance with enterprise governance and auditability standards.
- Production Readiness: Build and manage end-to-end solutions using modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform, and comprehensive observability (metrics, logs, and tracing).
- Deployment Leadership: Lead the deployment of AI solutions across development, testing, staging, and production environments, ensuring high availability and seamless rollbacks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders to prioritize AI use cases and provide technical mentorship to engineering teams.
- Ecosystem Mastery: Quickly adapt to and utilize AT&T-specific tools, frameworks, and processes to identify and implement optimal technical solutions.
Technical Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in solution architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/LLM systems and agentic workflows.
- Cloud Platforms: Expert proficiency in Azure, AWS, or GCP; specific experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is highly preferred.
- Programming & Frameworks: Advanced Python skills and hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and various vector databases.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Terraform, and runtime observability tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with regulated environments, enterprise integrations (ticketing, reporting, messaging), and mixed database landscapes.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $195,000 – $255,000 per year
